Fancy Gold + Cream Silk Picot Soutache Trim horn These would date to 1870-1900Incredible height of french design and fashion during the Victorian era. This trim has silk or rayon covered cording couched to an underlying grosgrain like base in a fabulous undulating and intertwining waves. The edges of the understated background are accented with small picot detailing. Measures 1 3 4" wide and is comprised of cotton with either silk or rayon covered cording. This is true antique stock and is unfortunately not reorderable. Trim is
