Robust in form and beautifully simple in construction, the front is detailed with three carved diamond panels, the central panel enriched with stylised floral carving. Subtle chip carved zigzag detailing to the stiles adds further interest without overwhelming the design. The oak has matured to a rich, warm tone, with visible grain and honest surface wear that speaks to its age.
