These card printed signs are quite scarce and to have survived in this condition

these instruments are very distinctive as the cases are very day stained French Polished finish and all the brass fittings were lacquered

The loco  was later renumbered to 41025 by British Railways before its withdrawal and scrapping in January 1953 after 46 years and 18 days in service
