Inspired by Tom's mother, Adele. We infuse fresh Elderflower, harvested from our farms in Harrington, Northamptonshire and Rhuallt, North Wales with our award winning Harrington Dry Gin. Once the Gin is infused, we add the spring water and a little sugar, et voila, the perfect summer tipple!
