This takes it's inspiration from when the families barn first burnt down, and they decided to make spirits! Made this a cold smoke of local Warwickshire apple wood. This rum has sweet notes of treacle and apple with a fierce spicy finish to mix things up! We're just grateful that the barn burnt so they made us this rum!
