Death Saves are five d20s designed specifically for rolling death saving throws. The faces of this die are adorned with 9 skulls and 11 hearts. One skull and one heart are inverted so you know if you double fail or regain consciousness. We know that bonuses to this save necessitate a numbered die, but these are too cool not to use the rest of the time.
