Pierrail Bordeaux Blanc 2020 brand_Slingshot On the suppleAromatic and generous nose with green tomato, mint, gooseberry and citrus aromas. The palate is rather ample with a slight tannic presence, well integrated, crisp backbone and exotic fruit notes with a fine length. Dry, fresh, mineral, with powerful citrus aromas and a hint of acidity. I tasted it with a dish of "linguine alle vongole", a classic of Italian cuisine rich in flavour. A very successful match.
