Lots of lemon peel for me, its exploding with citrus. Cooked agave, earthy, citrus and cinnamon. Lots of flavor here. No ethanol, finish is seemingly endless. A little pepper spice. A touch of jalapeo and something like cucumber. Tasty, and very different from my normal go to pours. This is a good offering from Cascahuin. Great oily entry with tons of warm cooked agave and mineral on both
