Aromas of white peach and honeydew melon, with generous vanilla and toasty oak. Bright fruit flavors of white peach combine with juicy acidity, and a softly textured palate. Layers and persistence come from toasty well integrated oak. For every one bottle of The Hidden Sea sold, they remove and recycle 10 plastic bottles from the ocean.
