This was very near their rendezvous site and there were pups around as well

The Bow Valley Pack has had to survive in close proximity to humans and activity

it made for the perfect autumn scene

Instead of stopping and switching to a shorter focal length, I decided the reflection of this black bear in a mountain pond was very interesting. This image portrays an almost abstract painting of a black bear ambling through the forest. This is the reflection of the bear and an 180 degree flip of the image.
