For this release they spend a week at the start of September at a field in Newlyn, picking the tastiest Damsons they can lay their hands on. Mixing these fresh Damsons with the likes of Star Anise, Cinnamon and Nutmeg creates a wonderfully refreshing tipple with plenty of warm notes and subtle Sweetness.
