This is less rustic than it usually is and it's worth considering. The Domaine Gouges Bourgogne rouge is another excellent example of this level in this vintage. The wine offers up a lovely nose of black cherries, cassis, dark chocolate, a fine base of soil and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is medium full,
