Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2015 sku_2418235-1 Dry and zesty mouthfeelThe Val de Mer Les Clos is from three different parcels in the vineyard, one from the top, another from the middle, and the last from the bottom of the slope. The vines are 35 to 40 years old with one small part over 60 years in age. The barrels used to age the wine are more than 6 years old. There were 3 barrels initially produced and one was used to make the Patrick Piuze cuve leaving only 600 bottles for the Val de Mer label.
