On the nose, it shows inviting aromas of strawberry laced crme brle, chaparral, and exotic cherry. At first glance this titian treat coils up with flavors of black plum, kola nut spice and nori. It then strikes intensely with fangs of unearthed truffle and berry cobbler with crumbled bacon and sea salt. The finish is velvety and alive with wild strawberry, rhubarb, and a sliver of dark chocolate. Pairs with
