Vignavella Sparkling White matured cheesesProduced from a special clone selection (V10), propagated from an ancient biotype of Catarratto. This wine is the result of a masterful fusion of two distinct expressions of this clone, each cultivated in different areas of the estate. Intense straw yellow in colour. The nose reveals yellow tropical fruit aromas of peach, ripe pineapple and mango. The palate is rich, structured, full and warm, with a powerful character and remarkable persistence.
