Gabriëlskloof Cabernet Franc '21 Roberston Adriaan van Zyl used toBotrivier's cool(ish) climate and selected vineyard blocks on Gabrilskloof's estate present the ideal growing conditions for a Loire style Cabernet Franc of both depth and structure. Once harvested, grapes were carefully destemmed, fermented naturally, and matured in barrel for 14 months, resulting in a wine of both elegance and complexity that opens with a nose of vibrant red fruits. The layered palate of coffee and smoky peat is gently lifted by
