Lamblin & Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2018 Size:750 ml This brandy is made exclusivelyLamblin is one of the oldest domaines in Chablis, where 12 generations of the family have made wine near Maligny since 1690. Pinot Noir grapes grow on stony, chalky, quick draining soils, with clay & marl. Destemmed, with 4 5 day maceration in steel, then aged for 9 months in 2 or 3 year old oak barrels. Strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant & blueberry fruits. Delicate & refined, with a good underlying structure.
