The nose opens with flavors of apricot; quince; candied orange zest. Suave and creamy on the palate; with yellow fruit and slightly floral characters. Nice balance; length with a nice aromatic persistence. Produced predominantly from Semillon grapes which are left in the vines to develop 'Botrytis'. Made only in exceptional years.
