Tangent Sauvignon Blanc Japanese Whisky exciting experience every timeA rare example of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, ours is made in a fresh and clean style, without oak influence, and without malolactic fermentation. We grow this fruit on our estate Pragon Vineyard in a number of different blocks, the majority of them dating back to the original plantings in 1973. Each is harvested, fermented, and aged separately, then blended just before bottling. Pairs with Vegetarian, Shellfish, Goat Cheese.
