To start with it is the first Single Malt produced by the Cotswold distillery team and is produced using fresh grown Barley from Cotswold! It is aged in ex bourbon and Red Wine casks! With a Sweet Dark Sugar to start shortly followed by a Fresh Spices and a Cinnamon and Caramel infusion!
