Lighting and Sound Slavery Understanding the playwright’s styleThe point of these lessons, aimed at students beginning their GCSE course, is to introduce them to the specific vocabulary of lighting and sound, helping them to develop a creative understanding of these production elements and incorporate them into their practical work and live theatre response. Recently we have integrated a short risk assessment into lesson plans as we revisit them. I have included some of these alongside. The lessons are designed
