They use locally source African Botanicals as well as traditional ones with their main ingredient coming from the Atlantic Sea Water

This is the replacement for the old Nikka 12YO

The Spytail team who are actually located in Cognac have got their hands on some Rum and decided to age it in Barrels which have previously held Cognac (if you hadn't guessed from the name)

The Real McCoy 12 Year Old Madeira Cask Rum 70cl Emporia Brands The casks are new fillFrom the Foursquare distillery comes their Real McCoy 12 Year Aged Madeira Finish Cask Rum, which pays homage to the famous smuggler Bill McCoy. Distilled by the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados before being matured inside a combination of ex bourbon and ex Madeira casks. Plenty of delicate Vanilla notes running throughout with hints of Toffee and Coconut before some more Fruitier notes develop on the finish.
