'New Year, New Views' Quarry Have run hundreds of milesLots to love bout this shot. The emerald New River standing out against a stark wintry gorge. The bent pine bow mirroring the bridges arch. Minutes earlier, Dave Green & I polar plunged into that very river 42 degrees on a 26 degree day. Then, we hiked to this vantage, Bridge Buttress one of the tougher scrambles around. Thats what I call a solid New Years Day!
