Rallying the Pack Ungulates Limited Edition 8x10 and largerBanff National Park, Alberta While I was out photographing bull elk near Banff, Alberta, a pack of wild wolves followed behind them, and I was able to capture them howling. This is a companion piece to "Battle Royale", as those elk were surrounded by this local wolf pack. Wolves howl to rally their pack, to claim territory, and to warn away intruders.
