The head is set with four coloured gemstones: a pink tourmaline, pink foiled rock crystal, and two pear shaped white topaz. The shoulders, gallery to the sides of the stones, and the back of the head feature brightly coloured enamel work incorporating red flowers, greens, blues, and black and white polkadots all wonderfully complementing the rich, 22 carat gold.
