Plenty of dried strawberry and hints of earth. Medium body. Flavorful finish. Color : Full ruby with a hint of garnet red. Nose : Aromas of morello cherries on brandy; leathery and smoky impressions. Palate : Pleasant first impression with evidence of tannin. This wine needs to round out while ageing. Pair with White meat or richer fish dishes, also great with goat cheeses
