Acer palmatum 'Trompenberg' Pot Size:3L fruit treesA deep purple red leafed tree, which can reach 4 to 5m high and 3m wide. The deeply divided leaves, which open purple, fade to green during the summer, then turn bright red in autumn. An outstanding plant. Prefers full sun in a moist but well drained position in neutral to acid soil, and as with all Japanese maples protect the young leaves in spring from cold drying winds and frost. Supplied in a 5 litre pot.
