Ramsdell Mourning Sampler | Bendy Stitchy bell pull Model stitched on 36 countThis one has been a LONG time coming. I think it was the second antique sampler that I bought, just after SI 1849. The original is wool on 20ct perforated paper. It was stitched by a daughter for her father and sister. I chose to chart the sampler as is so stitchers can see the thread loss in the righthand tombstone.
