Hahn Merlot Japanese Whisky sweet herbsWe turned to superb Central Coast vineyards to grow the fruit for this Merlot. Most of the vineyards are located in Monterey County. After harvest, we age the wine in French oak barrels (45% new) to enhance mouthfeel and contribute dark chocolate and vanilla flavors.
