On the palate, the wine is rich and full bodied packed with baked fruit and showing hints of cocoa and vanilla on the finish. Dry, complex and elegant. Pair with pasta dressed with rich sauces (made with meat or mushrooms), risotto, grilled red meat, roasts and well aged cheeses. Blend: 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta
