It's always nice when something that would otherwise go to waste can be put to good use, especially when the outcome is gin! Botanicals include lemon peel, grains of paradise, linden flowers, cubeb berries, rock salt, lime slices, and acacia honey resulting in a softly sweet, zesty, and delicately floral profile.
