ST GEORGE BALLER WHISKEY Size:750 ml with on the nose aA three year old Californian single malt whiskey from St George Spirits, inspired by Japanese and Scotch whiskies. This whiskey is matured in a combination of ex bourbon casks and French oak ex wine casks, and is filtered through maple charcoal before being finished in ex umeshu casks. The palate is sweet and dry, with a delicate background of smoke and fruit.
