Georgian Rose Diamond Half-Hoop gents Era: WW1 circa 1915Superb Georgian half eternity ring (aka half hoop) dating from the latter half of the 18th century, circa 1780. The seven rose cut diamonds glisten beautifully particularly in candlelight (or electric light, today), but the foil backed settings mean they're bright and icy white in daylight too. The stones are set in silver cut down mounts, and the band, rococo panelled with elegant split shoulders, features wonderfully intricate engravings all the way
