Lucienne Pinot Noir Doctor's Vineyard 2015 Bottle:1 Distilled from grainThe Doctors Vineyard is planted near the center of the Santa Lucia Highlands, perched on a gently sloping hillside 520 feet above sea level. Gusting afternoon winds slow grape ripening, while afternoon sun exposure out riper and more robust flavors than are found in vineyards farther north. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, spices, and hints of toasted oak with some earthiness. On the palate, blackberry, vanilla with hints of sage and toasty flavors.
