Features oil impregnated sintered bronze bearing on top pivot. Center hung pivot assembly for double acting interior doors. For both 1 3 8" and 1 3 4" thick doors. Maximum door height 102" (8'6") by 42" (3'6") wide. Bottom pivot is frame mounted. Frame must be floor supported. Pivot point is located 1 1 4" from jamb. All center hung pivot sets are double acting unless the door is stopped by some means
