Audemus Umami Gin 50cl Emporia Brands and due to it's fantasticFrom the Audemus team comes their Umami Gin, which is a very savoury forward tipple that has been produced using South Italian Cappers and Parmesan Cheese! Distilling the Cappers at 45 degrees and then infusing the distillate with Parmesan before the liquid is allowed to age inside Old Cognac Barrels for several months before being bottled. Umami notes run throughout with underlying Juniper and hints of Bergamot.
