It's a weed leaf cannabis, marijuana, weed, pot, Mary Jane, ganja, bud, green, herb, puff complete with ladybird (ladybug). But the story makes it somewhat remarkable we bought this from a dear friend. Her husband was a dentist (and self taught goldsmith) who made it from gold tooth fillings.
