Red and black cherry fruits explode on the palate, eventually mingling subtler tones of vanilla, dark chocolate and hints of toasty oak. It is a substantial wine, with mouth filling richness and remarkable complexity for the price. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are sourced from McClellan estate, directly adjacent to Seven Hills Vineyard. The deep silt loam
