PF30-L Shallow insert for metal frames, SuperSix and P5 1st Gen What's a Face Plate StemThis bottom bracket is the same as our PF30, but with a shallower insert depth. Our standard PF30 bottom bracket uses a deep insert for the strongest possible connection to the frame. This causes problems on some metal frames with wires running into the chain stay or with the internal cable guides on some frames.
