J&G Meakin "Blue Nordic" Ironstone Dinner Plate These cups are in pristineJ&G Meakin dinner plate in the "Blue Nordic" pattern, circa 1960's. Stamped on the bottom with classic signature: hand engraving, dishwasher proof, english ironstone. As a vintage item, there is some slight fading and discoloration. You will also notice some slight crazing, which I believe adds to the patina of the dish. There are a few very small chips on the backside of the plate, along the rim.
