The fruit was whole bunch pressed into old oak casks for a natural fermentation process. There it was for 9 months untouched. This wine displays green apples, ripe peaches, and light sea spray notes. Almost chalky texture but very powerful. Similar to the Pinot Noir musings but with the white classic. "This is the most rugged and textural of the trio of Chardonnay from 2019.
