Original German MG42 Sling US it does show wear andOriginal MG42 leather sling in good used condition. The makers code dvb or avb is still visible. There is a nice clear waffen amt on the one clasp. The leather is flexible and seems to be in good order with normal wear. I would not use this to carry a weapon, but it is a great example for a display or collecting. The sling may have been shortened slightly at one time, likely as a repair.
