Maccario Dringenberg, Rossese di Dolceacqua Classico, Liguria, Italy 2024 biodynamic First produced in 1994100% Rossese di Dolceacqua Medium bodied red with berry fruit and an unmistakable herbal character. This wine is a blend of the estate's different vineyards. Fermentation and maturation is in stainless steel, in order to bring out the character of the grape. The Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC was created in 1972. The varietal is genetically related to Tibouren, a grape grown in Southern France, and it is still unclear in which region it originated.
