Raats Dolomite Cabernet Franc 2020 Glenturret dry mineralityCrafted from 95% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec, Raats Dolomite Cabernet Franc 2020 showcases the expressive character of these noble grape varieties. Grapes were hand sorted three times, crushed and left to cold soak on the skins for five days. After fermentation at a temperature of 28C, the grapes were basket pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 50% matured in concrete tank, 50% in older oak for 12 months. Residual
