I am assuming it is full or mostly full

It measures about 5 1/2" tall and 2 7/8" wide

Black Velvet Clutch Purse with DRP Zipper German This is most likely earlyVintage 1930s 1940s German black velvet clutch handbag purse. The zipper is marked Zipp D. R. P. Nrnberg. There are embroidered flower designs, but those do show wear. The inside of the purse in lined in bright blue and has a black velvet pocket. There is a small mirror and comb stored inside the pocket. The lining has several stains and is coming loose near the zipper.
