It is good condition with minimal signs of use/wear

There may be some pulling in the material along seams

SS RZM Political Belt and Shoulder Strap Named auction The necklace is in decentOriginal RZM D. R. G. M. M5 72 3 marked shoulder strap with a standard political dress belt. The belt has been greatly reduced in size by someone actually removing the size adjustment tab and moving much further down. The down sizing seems a bit too extreme to have been done for the same user but perhaps it could indicated that the belt was handed down to a kid to use when daddy bought a new one. There is a name written on the belt but I was not able
