The Phaistos Disc consists of 241 symbols including Linear A, Linear B and hieroglyphs. The Phaistos Disc was found in the basement of the Minoan palace of Phaistos and dates back to the 17th century BC. Its diameter is approximately 15cm, its width is 2cm and it is made of clay.
