Essentially these are like the little arm bands you get today when you pay to enter an event. This would be pinned onto a lapel or pocket etc just to show you are allowed to be there. Intended to be difficult to remove. Price is for the whole lot I did not count how many pieces. Some tags may have discoloration and or light rust.
