It is in its original cardboard box with its original manual and even still has the little paper protector over the nose vent. The cardboard box is a little tattered and dirty. The mask is in like new condition except for some degradation and darkening to the lenses. Every German citizen was required by law to own a gas mask and emergency medical supplies in case of air raids and this
