The fuzzy material (on the inside and outside) almost makes me wonder if they are house shoes (slippers). Marked size 36 on the bottom (a small size). These are a unisex style. Shoes of this design were produced for several decades both before, during and after the war. This pair has no distinctly post war markings, so is most likely 1940s or older.
